I am a new customer. How do I get started?
You will need to fill out and submit (either through the webpage or in person) the required forms to get started. These forms can be located HERE. Please remember that if it is your pet’s first time at the resort, we will need proof of current vaccinations, including rabies, bordetella, and distemper.
How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation online by clicking HERE, call, or even stop by the resort.
What vaccinations/treatments do you require?
- Bordetella (kennel cough) administered within 6 months
- DHLPP or DHPP (distemper) administered within 1-3 years
- Rabies administered within 1-3 years
- Flea & Tick Treatment
Do you allow tours at your facility?
Absolutely! Tours are scheduled for the end of each business day at either 6:30 pm or 6:45 pm. Please give us a call to schedule your tour! 724-888-PAWS
Will you administer medications?
Yes, we are happy to administer your pet’s medication. There will be a $6/day charge for injections, ear or eye drops. We are unable to take care of pets that have sutures, bandages, casts, or open wounds.
How are medical issues or emergencies handled?
Should your pet require medical attention, we will immediately contact the owner. If the pet’s own veterinarian is local, we will contact them to make an appointment. Emergencies will be transported to PVSEC located on Camp Horne Road. Please make sure your vet and contact numbers are current.
If my dog is in heat, can she stay at your facility?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests that are in heat. With our social environment, we want all dogs to be able to interact during their stay.
